Do I need to switch software to work with you?
No. We work in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and Aptora Total Office Manager. If you’re running one of those, we plug in and pick up where you are. We don’t push platform changes unless your current setup is actively working against you, and even then it’s a conversation, not a mandate.
How fast will I hear back after the consultation?
You’ll get a follow-up within 24–48 hours of the call. If we’re a good fit, that includes a clear scope and what onboarding looks like. If we’re not, we’ll say so and point you toward something that is.
Do you only work with field-service contractors?
Field service is where our deepest expertise lives, but it isn’t where our work ends. The same rigor applies to any small business that needs a real financial team. We work with farms, distributors, tech companies, and other small operations alongside our trades clients.
Is everything really remote, or do you ever come on-site?
Most of our work is remote, and most clients prefer it that way. For complex setups, software migrations, or team training, on-site assistance is available by arrangement. We’ll talk through whether on-site adds enough value to be worth it.
